Request for Consideration (RFC) Application Process OPENS for U12-U19 Teams. Teams who would like to be considered for participation in the WDDOA 2026-2027 seasonal year MUST submit an RFC for review. (RFCs must be properly and fully completed with the the $250.00 Application Fee received to be considered).
