Scheduling Workshops

WDDOA Scheduling Meetings will take place (at times TBD) Friday thru Sunday, August 7th-9th for PRIME and CHALLENGER teams ONLY.  If additional meetings are needed, these will take place August 10th or August 11th.

AGE GROUP & FLIGHT TIMES TO BE ANNOUNCED ONCE BRACKETS ARE FORMED
Age Group Sessions will start ON TIME – Late Coaching Representatives may be denied Schedule Input.

COACHES:
You MUST complete your SafeSport and Background Check before you can be added to your team in GotSport. If you have completed these requirements and do not see your team(s) listed in your Gotsport Account, please contact your CLUB REGISTRAR. The ONLY way for you to be added and connected to your teams(s) is through your CLUB REGISTRAR! You must be added to your team(s) in GotSport to access your initial schedule online.

Reminder: Please work together BEFORE the Scheduling Workshop on Game Agreements, as there will NOT be time during the virtual sessions to accommodate lengthy discussions regarding possible changes. The Meetings will go much faster if BOTH teams come to an agreement on potential game reschedule prior to the meeting!!
