DONT FORGET...WDDOA 5th ANNUAL PINK OUT THE PITCH IS THIS WEEKEND
Oct 20 2016 - STAFF
WDDOA is proud to announce the 5th Annual PINK OUT THE PITCH event which will be held on Oct 22nd/ Oct 23rd 2016! This event will be held in Austin, San Antonio & Corpus Christi at any complex located in these cities where WDDOA games are being held. This year we HOPE that all complexes will join in and participate in the event by "pinking out" wherever WDDOA teams may play!!
So come out to the fields and help us support the cause and raise awareness by WEARING PINK! We are asking ALL spectators and team officials to adorn something PINK in support of this cause. If you so choose, you may also donate to help us reach our goal. It is only by coming together that we will help find a cure and stop this disease which affects so many in our soccer community day after day.
WDDOA has asked and the referees have answered our Call For the Cure by agreeing to donate all or a portion of their proceeds from this weekend to the Breast Cancer Resource Center of Central Texas. So how will you know if your referee crew has donated...here are a few tell-tale signs:
If the referee crew comes to the field with a pink ball then;
ALL of the crew has generously agreed to donate all or a portion of their pay.
If a referee comes to the field with a band of pink tape around their sock;
that particular referee has generously agreed to donate all or a portion of their pay.
If you have a referee crew that officiates your game this weekend with a pink ball or wearing pink tape, PLEASE take time after the game to acknowledge their commitment to our community and the cause.
We would LOVE to see how your team participated in the 5th Annual WDDOA-Pink Out the Pitch...so please send pictures that we can post on the website to: email@example.com

Please make sure scores and yellow / red cards are entered into GotSoccer within 24 hours. Penalty Point Information
Club Pass Player Weekly Entry Deadline: Thursday 5:00PM Click Here For Complete Club Pass Rule - See Section 3.8
** Players rostered to teams participating in a Prime flight MAY NOT club pass to teams participating in a Challenger or Alpha flight as these are considered different levels of play. This also applies to those teams participating in "combined" flights**
Game Card Printing: Game cards should ALWAYS be printed EVERY Friday after 12:00pm(noon) to ensure the system has time to capture any CPP entries, field, time, or complex changes, etc. Remember...BOTH teams are required to print a copy of the game card and take it to the field so please be sure to do this!
Player ID Cards: All players are REQUIRED to have properly prepared player cards (laminated w/ current photo) at the field ready for inspection prior to each game. U11-U19 teams may be checked in at the fields using VIRTUAL CARDS. Click Here To Learn How To Access VIRTUAL CARDS
Note: Teams are still required to have properly prepared player cards (laminated w/ pictures) at the field ready for inspection prior to the game. Virtual check-in is a convenience offered within the league; however, the referee may opt to check-in a team using physical players cards which is within their right.
